Maja’s rules

When you arrive at Maja, you must perform a check according to the inspection list. We charge a €30 fine for not completing the inspection list.

Any deficiencies should be reported to the inspection list or directly to Majasäätiö, for example by email.

The furniture, movables/equipment and structures must be kept in perfect condition (fine 100€ + replacement price of the furniture / ban).

When leaving, the space must be organized and cleaned according to the cleaning instructions in the Maja folder (fine 50 - 400€, possible additional costs from cleaning / ban).

The surroundings of the premises must also be cleaned of rubbish (fine 50 - 400 € + cleaning costs / ban).

The heating must be set to +11 degrees celsius when leaving Maja.
The following is prohibited in Maja:

Making noise between 11 pm and 7 am (the lake carries all the sounds and there are people living nearby).

Indoor smoking.

Passage and staying on the neighbors lots.

Braking or removing objects, furniture and fixed installations.

Using outdoor shoes indoors.

Not cleaning properly and littering on the lot.
